Refund Policy



Our return policy lasts for 14 days, if 14 days have passed after receiving the product, we cannot make the exchange.

To request a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Size changes

If the size of the product you selected does not fit correctly as desired, we will bear the shipping costs and proceed to send a return label with which the shipment can be made free of charge.

Once the shipment has been made, you will have to notify one of our customer service agents.

As soon as the agent receives the notification, and has verified the status, he or she will ship the new product with the desired size.

Defective product

In the event of receiving a defective product, you will have to contact our customer service team and indicate the details of your order along with images of the product.

If the product is found to be defective, we will bear the costs. And once it has been returned, we will proceed to send a new product in perfect condition.


According to art. 44 of law 7-1996, January 15, the retail trade regulation will be modified by law 47/2002 of December 19, if you want to return an order, you will bear the shipping costs.
Returns without desire in exchange, the customer will have to take care of the shipment. The refund of the amount of the product will be made through gift vouchers valid for 12 months from its issuance, this voucher will be redeemable in all collections.

“During the validity of the State of Alarm or its possible extensions, the deadlines for the return of the products purchased by any modality, either in person or online, are interrupted. The calculation of the deadlines will be resumed when Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, which declares the State of Alarm or, where appropriate, the extensions of the same expires”.
